PATE and MONTGOMERY connections by Bill Navey

Two of Allen MONTGOMERY's sons married into the Cherokee County, NC PATE family. Bill Navey's Family Tree Maker site hasn't been updated since 2000, but it provides some valuable clues to relationships between the two families. It is available | here |.

Bruce was correct, of course. The link to Bill NAVEY's page I was pointing to no longer works. The connection between the PATEs and MONTGOMERYs can, however, be seen at NAVEY's World Connect site (dated 11 Apr 2003)which is still accessible here: Ancestors of John "Bee Log" Pate by Bill NAVEY
